1)search the type.pad blogs on google.
2)go to blog and make commemt .add your feed site url and anchor text .
3)set the firefox plugin :
Forms > copy form method > convert posts to get.
4)preview the comment
5)copy the preview url.
6)promote the copied url vie backlink method.
